Company Introduction

Our company was founded in 1997 and has been a member of the China Toy Association for 27 years. Headquartered in Chashan, Dongguan, Guangdong, the factory has a total area of 51800 square meters and nearly 500 employees. The mainland factory has 1800 sewing machines with an annual output of over 30 million pieces and an annual output value of USD 50 million.

The Vietnamese factory will complete BSCI/ISO/GSV factory inspection in December 2024 and start trial production and operation after January 2025. It has approximately 1000 employees, including sewing, manual labor, cotton filling, packaging, integrated production, and gradually increasing embroidery machines.

We have 10 senior designers, 13 senior business coordinators, 8 senior PMCs, 20 quality management personnel, and 20 excellent model sewing technicians. 20 production operation lines, 30 toy metal detection machines, 26 cotton filling machines, 6 fully automatic sealing lines, 6 hot air finishing machines, 5 vacuum compressors, and 2 X-ray detection lines.

We have passed various factory certification, such as BSCI, ISO, GSV, FCCA, SCAN, Costco, Smeta, SQP/QIMA.
